Cancellation Policy
SC Flower Walls Rental Agreement & Terms of Service Reservation & Payment A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total rental amount are required to secure an event date. No date is considered reserved until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services and release of the reserved event date without refund of any payments previously made. Event Coordination SC Flower Walls will coordinate delivery, installation, styling, breakdown, and removal of all rental items. Setup and pickup times will be confirmed prior to the event and are based on venue access and scheduling requirements. Most flower wall installations require approximately one hour for setup and thirty minutes for breakdown, not including loading and unloading. The Client is responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue and providing adequate loading and unloading access. Should delays occur due to venue restrictions, lack of access, other vendors, event planners, or circumstances outside the Company's control, additional labor charges may apply. Changes & Modifications Any modifications to an order, including rental selections, event details, setup times, locations, or custom additions, must be submitted in writing. Requests made within fourteen (14) days of the event date are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. SC Flower Walls reserves the right to substitute substantially similar products if necessary due to inventory availability, product damage, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond its control. Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event date are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event the Client wishes to reschedule, SC Flower Walls will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. Outdoor Installations & Weather Flower walls and backdrop installations may be placed indoors or outdoors when conditions permit. Outdoor installations must be disclosed at the time of booking.
